- Drive the development and growth of the personal protection segment for engineered textile products globally.
- Lead innovation strategyidentifying new applications unmet needs and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to execute market entry strategies build the innovation pipeline and support key commercial initiatives.
- Act as the voice of the market internallybringing in competitive intelligence customer insights and industry trends to shape strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related technical field; advanced degrees (e.g. MBA) a plus.
- 510 years of experience in market development category leadership or strategic innovation in the PPE fire safety military or industrial protection gear industries.
- Strong preference for candidates with private equity environment experience or those comfortable working in fast-paced change-driven settings.
