Core Responsibilities
Remove sharp edges and burrs from machined parts using filing sanding grinding masking bead blasting polishing and related finishing techniques
Blend and polish surfaces to match surrounding finishes without altering part dimensions
Inspect finished components to verify accuracy and adherence to specifications
Assemble finished parts when required
Operate manual air-operated and electric hand tools safely and efficiently
Follow technical drawings work instructions and quality standards to ensure compliance

Skills & Abilities
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Proficiency with common machine shop tools and finishing equipment
High attention to detail and surface quality inspection
Clear verbal and written communication skills in English
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years of de-burring experience using pneumatic and hand tools
Machining or manufacturing experience preferred
Must be able to pass FAA-compliant drug and alcohol testing
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent hand and wrist motion for detailed manual work
Comfortable working in a production setting with moderate machine noise
Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 3 years of de-burring experience using pneumatic and hand tools Machining or manufacturing experience preferred Must be able to pass FAA-compliant drug and alcohol testing
