Responsibilities: - Assist the Occupational Therapist in evaluating patients to identify their physical and functional limitations.
- Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to develop individualized treatment plans based on patient.
- Carry out interventions and activities to enhance patients motor skills mobility and daily independence.
- Educate patients on the proper use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment to enhance their functional abilities.
- Keep precise and up-to-date patient records noting progress treatments and condition changes.
- Offer patients and families guidance and training for at-home exercises to aid their ongoing recovery.
- Keep in touch with the Occupational Therapist and the healthcare team for coordinated patient care.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols ensuring a safe therapy environment for patients.
- Offer emotional support and encouragement to patients as they work towards achieving their therapeutic goals.
- Other duties assigned by Management
