Motorsports of Melbourne has an immediate opening for a Fit Specialist/ Sales Person to join our growing team! We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated energetic and results oriented.
If you are looking to do something different where you arein charge of your income potential this is the job for you! We will train you on the product and thesales process. Prior experience is notnecessary.
Duties and responsibilities:
ÂConsult guests on the Harley-Davidson brand andproduct
ÂUnderstands needs and wants for their next Harley-Davidson
ÂFit customers on the right Harley-Davidson
Position Requirements:
ÂAbilitytopresentoneselfaswellasthecompanyinaprofessionalmanner.
 get along with a broad customer base.
ÂMust have a high level of energy self-motivatedpositivedrivenandpossessthe desire to help customers.
ÂPassionforthemotorcyclinglifestyleandridingcommunity.
ÂValiddriverâslicense required; motorcycleendorsementpreferred.
ÂKnowledgeandexperienceofHarley-Davidsonmotorcyclesandotherproductssoldbythedealershipdesirable.
Physical Demands:
ÂRequirestheuseofbothhands.
ÂOccasionallyrequiredtobendstoopcrouchreachandliftupto 25lbs
Working Conditions:
ÂThe noise level in the work environment isusually loud.
ÂOccasionally exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborneparticles.
ÂFrequently works near moving mechanical parts.
