Position Overview:
Were seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Lead Service Technician to provide team expertise and potential mentorship help diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. Be part of an exciting team driven by excellence! If youre a hands-on problem-solver with experience in boilers chillers packaged units and refrigeration we want you to join our family.
Job Responsibilities:
- Help other team members with technical knowledge
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with commercial HVAC systems including boilers chillers packaged units and refrigeration equipment.
- Perform repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating findings and solutions clearly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a commercial HVAC technician with experience working on commercial equipment.
- Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- EPA Certification required.

Job Type:
Full-time
Pay:
$47 based on experience

Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday
- Rare on-call availability as needed
- Expected hours: 40 per week

- Commercial HVAC: 5 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Valid Drivers License (required)
