The Clerks office is looking for a well-organized detail-driven professional with a knack for time management and a love for variety to join us as a Court Services Coordinator. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team this could be the perfect fit. As a Court Services Coordinator you will have the opportunity to work closely with courtroom administrators across Criminal Civil and Unified Family Court divisions as well as with attorneys judges and other members of the justice this role youll handle a wide range of evidence types from documents and photographs to weapons narcotics and even large items such as vehicle partsmaking every day both dynamic and impactful.

Associates degree supplemented by five (5) years of recent and relevant experience required.
Additional experience is accepted as a minimum requirement in lieu of a post-secondary degree on the following basis: additional four (4) years in lieu of a bachelors degree and additional two (2) years in lieu of an associate degree.
Must demonstrate the ability to accurately apply acute attention to detail in maintenance of detailed data preferably in an automated systems environment. Demonstrated knowledge of effective leadership and/or supervisory principles and practices. Once qualified deputization may be required to perform the assigned functions.
