Job Summary

Seeking a Carpenter or Lead Carpenter for a direct hire opportunity in Madison WI.

This position offers full benefits including PTO Medical and 401k and more!

Salary starts at $30 - $45/h hourly depending on experience

Responsibilities for Carpenter or Lead Carpenter:

New construction framing and finish work
Listen and think critically take direction and feedback from Superintendent and communicate effectively.
Participate and contribute to following the construction schedule/project timeline.
Assist the Superintendent in creating a safe and productive job site.
Track your work progress and regularly compare it to the construction timeline.
Lead by example; team building communication listening and creative problem-solving.

Qualifications for Carpenter or Lead Carpenter:

3 plus years of Commercial or Residential carpentry experience required
Perform physical labor as directed by Superintendent
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Experienced in Finished Carpentry and Framing and work desired.
High school diploma or equivalent
