In our Poznan Katowice or Bydgoszcz offices youll join a team of other specialists who are always ready to help each other. The team is part of our VML Enterprise Solutions network and works in coordination with our Local and EMEA client leads.

This is a unique opportunity to become a specialist in a critical and growing area of our finance operations. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to take full ownership of our end-to-end contractor finance process in the this role you wont just be processing invoices; youll be the go-to expert ensuring the accuracy compliance and smooth operation of all financial touchpoints for our valued contractors. If you thrive in a deadline-driven environment and take pride in the quality of your work this is your chance to make a significant impact.

What youll get to do:

Manage the end-to-end invoice and payment process
Process travel and expense reports
Support month-end closing process
Process supplier payments
Ensure all processes adhere to internal controls and SOX compliance standards.
Contribute to process standardization and improvements
Collaborate with periodic team meetings
Contribute to implementation of the new systems
Archive documents

What we want from you:

Experience in AP Finance
Analytical mindsetand good attention to detail
The ability to work independently manage your own priorities and achieve key objectives within the established timeline
Good skills in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
Fluency in English (at least B2)

Nice to have:

Experience in Concur and/or Navision
