Complete ALSOC learnings and assessments as assigned by ALSOC trainer.
Support and learn how to execute maintenance and repairs on selected products at customer sites.
Complete preperation checklists for assigned service jobs.
Follow up on actions and promises made to customers.
Report unsafe practices and other safety incidents according to local reporting procedures.
Capture Installed Base on site and communicate sales leads to sales organization.
Execute services in our Service Centers if required.

Note: this is a temporary position that need to be develop overtime to Field Service I or Service Centre positions.
