Dallas Capital Bank is seeking a full-time onsite Middle Market Banker centrally located in Dallas this role you will be responsible for business development of new Middle Market Banking lending depository and treasury management clients and effective portfolio management of existing Middle Market Banking clients. You shall identify evaluate (with the assistance of the Credit Underwriting team) and recommend approval or denial of Middle Market Banking lending opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelors degree in business finance or related field
- 5 years of experience in client financial sales and services industry banking and loan review
- Completion of formal credit training program preferred
- Solid understanding of banking fundamentals underwriting principles and procedures
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ethical behavior

WORKING CONDITIONS / ENVIRONMENT:

HOURS: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm; Some variation in work hours

TRAVEL: Local travel regularly; overnight and out of town occasionally

Must have an unexpired Drivers License and vehicle.
