Are you a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist eager to make a difference in the lives of your patients We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our private outpatient orthopedic facility in Northdale FL. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify therapy needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical evaluations.
- Implement therapeutic exercises manual therapy and other treatment modalities.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans exercises and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and prevent future injuries.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes following company policies and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education and training.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
