Were looking for a Security Engineer experienced with NetIQ Identity and Access Management (IAM) to deliver secure scalable solutions that support business-critical applications and digital identity frameworks.

About the Role

As a Security Engineer (NetIQ) youll be responsible for implementing maintaining and supporting NetIQ-based IAM solutions including Access Manager (NAM) and Identity Manager (IDM) to ensure secure authentication authorisation and identity lifecycle management across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design configure and maintain NetIQ Access Manager (NAM) and Identity Manager (IDM) environments

  • Develop and maintain workflows drivers and connectors for identity provisioning and access control

  • Integrate IAM solutions with directories databases and applications (e.g. AD LDAP REST SOAP)

  • Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions

  • Work closely with infrastructure application and cyber teams to ensure end-to-end security

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues in complex enterprise setups

  • Contribute to ongoing automation and security improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience working as a Security Engineer or IAM Engineer in large-scale environments

  • Hands-on experience with NetIQ Identity Manager and NetIQ Access Manager

  • Familiar with identity federation (SAML OIDC OAuth) SSO and MFA integrations

  • Strong understanding of Active Directory LDAP and related identity technologies

  • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell Python or similar) advantageous

  • Excellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills
