Job Summary

Allstar Services is hiring a Staff Accountant to join our corporate accounting team in Eden Prairie MN. This full-time onsite role is ideal for someone with 1-4 years of public accounting audit or corporate accounting experience who wants to expand their skills in month-end close balance sheet reconciliations and GAAP financial reporting.

What Youll Do

Perform month-end close tasks journal entries and accruals.
Complete balance sheet reconciliations account analysis and variance reviews.
Maintain the general ledger and assist with financial statement preparation.
Partner with AP/AR teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Support GAAP reporting audit prep and cash management.
Assist with revenue recognition fixed assets and ad-hoc analysis.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
1-4 years of professional accounting experience (public or corporate).
Strong understanding of GAAP month-end close and financial reporting.
Skilled in Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUPs).
Detail-oriented organized and collaborative.
ERP/accounting software experience helpful but not required.

Pay & Benefits

$75000-$90000 annually based on experience.
Full-time onsite role in Eden Prairie Minnesota.
