Job Summary

Title: Registered Nurse Long Term Care (LTC)
Job Location: Montour Falls NY
Duration: 13 weeks (extendable)
Shift: 8*5 Evening
Pay Rate: $2273 (Weekly Gross)

Education:

Associates Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited program.

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility.
Must work every other weekend and every other holiday as scheduled.
Assess plan implement and evaluate resident care.
Monitor patient health status and report changes to appropriate healthcare personnel.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize resident care.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing preferably in long-term care or related settings.

Certifications:

New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS).
