• Proven experience as a shipping and receiving clerk or a similar position.
• Experience in operating forklifts - Forklift certification a plus.
• Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Basic math and recording abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Experience in using warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts pallet jacks).
• Available to work full-time hoursMonday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
• Must be available to work overtime weekends and holidays as business needs require.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand walk crouch kneel lift carry; and reach with hands and arms in large and tight spaces. While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is regularly required to lift 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs. Good eye and hand coordination and ability to identify color variations depth perceptions and close or distance visual items. Worksite locations including outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
