Process returned parts from customers and issue appropriate credits in the system.
Accept and process customer credit-card payments over the phone.
Balance and reconcile prior-day financial transactions ensuring all invoiced parts are properly accounted for.
Check in drivers returning from deliveries and verify returned parts and documentation.
Interact directly with retail customers to process returns and answer questions.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies.
Contribute to team success by performing related tasks as needed.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Basic computer proficiency including spreadsheets
Team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
