The Department of General Surgery at Geisinger a national leader in quality innovation research and education is seeking a BC/BE Breast Surgeon at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville Pennsylvania

Comprehensive Breast Health Program:

Onsite radiologists pathologists breast and plastic surgeons psychologists geneticists nurse navigators and a high-risk clinic
ACR-accredited Breast Imaging Center of Excellence
Blocked OR and clinic time

Advanced Imaging Technology:
- 3D HD screening and diagnostic mammography
- Multimodality breast interventions including upright tomographic ultrasound and MRI-guided biopsies
- Fully integrated electronic health record (Epic)

Academic & Research Opportunities:
- Opportunity to teach our residents and medical school students
- Participate in clinical trials and other research initiative
