Description
Must Have:
- Over 7 years as a Product Manager delivering web apps with full-stack JavaScript and cloud platforms managing product backlog and releases.
- 2 years building or overseeing AI/ML products.
- 7 Skilled with RESTful APIs and OAuth 2.0.
- Bachelors in Business Engineering Computer Science or related field.
- 7 Proficient in Confluence and JIRA.
- 7 Experienced in agile product delivery.

Required Experience
Deliverables:
- Deliverable 1: Develop the product strategy roadmap and requirements for the Patient Summary Application aligned with PCIE Program Strategy.
- Deliverable 2: Launch the patient summary application per the established roadmap and requirements.
- Deliverable 3: Implement additional web apps or features to support the HALO framework and Patient Summary rollout.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Works with the Product Management team in the definition of their Product Vision.
- Synthesizes the product vision and high-level business requirements into functional user requirements.
- Makes decisions where results have a critical impact across the organization requiring sophisticated solutions and long-term correction.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of the product and its logical architecture.
- Elicits requirements using a variety of formats and techniques including interviews document analysis workshops storyboards surveys site visits business process descriptions use cases scenarios event lists and competitive product analysis.
- Leads requirements analysis and verification ensuring that requirement statements are complete consistent concise comprehensible feasible unambiguous and verifiable.
- Documents Non-Functional requirements such as security privacy legal and maintainability.
- Creates and manages the product backlog by maintaining knowledge of customer needs and industry trend.
- Conducts User Research to identify and validate customer needs to reduce product development time and costly rework.
- Leads sprint planning sessions to clarify the details of the sprint items and provide clear and concise acceptance criteria for user stories.
- Acts as the authoritative source for all requirements.
- Conducts impact analysis for the product in development to determine impact on internal and external stakeholders and systems.
- Collaborates closely with the Software Development Quality Assurance DevOps and Experience Design teams in an agile fashion.
- Conducts stakeholder analysis and develops communication plans for stakeholders to ensure buy-in and awareness of the product release.
- Anticipates project bottlenecks and blockers in short term and long-term product roadmaps across the organization and not just their immediate department. Works with multiple departments across divisions to overcome these challenges.
- Works independently with a low level of supervision and has the ability to determine when to escalate broader impacting decisions to management.
- Provides excellent service to internal and external clients by identifying and meeting their needs and building and maintaining positive and effective working relationships.
Skills and Knowledge:
Desired Skills:- Deep understanding of healthcare data standards and privacy regulations (HIPAA HL7 FHIR etc.).
- Certified Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master designation.
- Experience with healthcare integration projects.
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects from initiation to completion.
Required Skills:
- Product strategy and vision: Ability to define a long-term vision align it with organization/program goals and translate it into a roadmap.
- Formal requirements elicitation and analysis techniques.
- AI/ML literacy:Understanding how AI can enhance product features.
- API/Integration management:Familiarity with system integrations.
- Excellent knowledge of SDLC.
- Design thinking and UI/UX principles.
- Agile & scrum expertise:Strong command of agile methodologies sprint planning backlog grooming and iteration management.
- Stakeholder management:Managing alignment across engineering design lines of business and leadership teams.
- Knowledge of Confluence and JIRA.
