Job Summary
Vice President of Production Residential Roofing (National Operations Leadership)
Allstar Services is hiring a Vice President of Production to lead large-scale residential roofing and exterior remodeling operations across the U.S.
Were expanding into new markets and need a proven construction operations leader to build the field production model from the ground up. Youll develop scalable processes recruit and train local teams and ensure every project is delivered on time safely and to the highest quality standards.
What Youll Do
Build and launch production systems for new roofing markets
Hire train and mentor production managers field superintendents and project staff
Drive performance through clear KPIs - job cycle time quality safety and customer satisfaction
Manage subcontractor and supplier networks to ensure market capacity
Partner with Sales to streamline job flow from contract to completion
Ensure all roofing and remodeling projects meet brand standards budgets and safety requirements
Travel to oversee multi-site production operations nationwide
What You Bring
10 years leading multi-site residential roofing operations
Experience launching or scaling new markets
Strong background in subcontractor management and P&L accountability
Data-driven leader with a focus on safety quality and customer service
Excellent communication and change-management skills
Willingness to travel regularly to support new markets (Northeast/Atlantic region)
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $150K$180K
Bonus: 2030% tied to production KPIs
