Job Summary
Join the MOKA team at our vibrant drive-through-based coffee shops where we prioritize customer connection and community engagement.
MOKA is hiring enthusiastic positive and customer-focused baristas to join our team at our La Crosse West ave location. Full or part time positions available. As a barista you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages building relationships with customers and working in a collaborative team-focused environment.
The ideal candidate for this job is an individual that will be around during the remainder of fall/winter and also be in the La Crosse Area for the spring/summer months and looking to work a minimum of 20 hours/week with weekend availability and up to 35 hours/week with weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages teas and other drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure consistent quality in every cup paying attention to details such as temperature presentation and taste
- Provide excellent customer service greeting and assisting customers with their orders and offering recommendations
- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines and grinders while following safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace including regular cleaning of equipment and restocking supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive work environment
