Job Summary:
City Night-Life Entertainment Corp is hiring a Bar Manager to lead and oversee bar operations at our premier nightlife venue. This role requires a motivated detail-oriented and energetic leader with strong hospitality experience and the ability to manage a fast-paced high-volume environment.
The Bar Manager will be responsible for managing bar staff maintaining inventory ensuring top-tier customer service and keeping operations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day and nightly bar operations
- Hire train schedule and supervise bartenders and barbacks
- Ensure high-quality drink preparation and excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory order supplies and minimize waste
- Maintain cleanliness organization and compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with upper management on promotions events and menu updates
- Resolve customer issues and staff conflicts professionally
- Track sales labor and costs; provide performance reports
- Enforce responsible alcohol service and crowd control policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality or management training preferred)
- Minimum 23 years of bar management or lead bartender experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of cocktails wines spirits and current bar trends
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to work late nights weekends and holidays
- Alcohol safety certification (TIPS ServSafe Alcohol) preferred
- Must be 21 and eligible to work in the U.S.
