As the Personal Injury Legal Supervisor (Team Lead) youll oversee a team of Demand Specialists guiding them in preparing high-quality demand packages and ensuring exceptional service for our clients. This role requires hands-on experience in personal injury law understanding case flow from intake through settlement medical treatment coordination and negotiation preparation.
Youll serve as a mentor quality controller and process optimizer helping the team achieve its goals while maintaining compliance and consistency with firm standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mentor and develop a team of Demand Specialists to ensure top-tier performance and case outcomes.
- Review demand packages for accuracy completeness and legal soundness prior to attorney review.
- Assign and monitor case progress daily to ensure all deadlines and KPIs are met.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance case turnaround.
- Conduct regular case and call audits to ensure proper client communication and documentation.
- Lead provider meetings to address delays clarify expectations and strengthen partnerships.
- Handle client escalations with empathy and professionalism to maintain satisfaction and trust.
- Track and analyze individual and team metrics providing coaching and accountability where needed.
- Collaborate with management on strategy performance reviews and training initiatives.
- Stay current on firm procedures ensuring all SOPs and training materials reflect best practices.
- Participate in recruiting interviewing onboarding and training new team members.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a personal injury law firm (e.g. case manager demand writer pre-litigation team lead or similar role).
- Strong understanding of the personal injury process from treatment to demand and negotiation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Empathetic professional and client-centered approach.
- Proficient with case management systems and related software tools.
