THE ROLE & THE TEAM

We are looking for a Senior Principal Product Manager Commercial Intelligence to join our Data & AI organization where we build algorithmic products that power commercial decision-making at scale.

In this individual contributor role you will own key parts of our commercial intelligence product portfolio shaping how planning commercial trade-offs and buying decisions are informed through AI. This role is ideal for a hands-on product leader who thrives on execution works comfortably in complexity and is motivated by measurable business impact.

You will work closely with applied scientists engineers and commercial partners to translate a clear strategy into shipped scalable products that deliver real outcomes

Own end-to-end delivery of major AI-driven commercial intelligence initiatives from problem framing and requirements through launch iteration and optimization
Translate strategy into action by defining product roadmaps prioritizing experiments and driving execution with engineering applied science and business teams
Partner across the business with commercial customer experience and technology stakeholders to align on outcomes and navigate complex trade-offs
Champion AI products internally clearly articulating value progress and impact to leadership and cross-functional partners
Collaborate deeply with applied science teams on recommender systems ranking algorithms and personalization or decision-support capabilities
Deliver measurable business impact balancing customer experience revenue growth and operational efficiency

WED LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

You bring extensive product management experience in consumer-facing or platform environments with several years focused on ML-powered products
You have a strong track record of shipping and scaling AI or platform products from concept to production in complex organizations
Youre comfortable working closely with data scientists ML engineers and software engineers translating technical possibilities into customer and business value
You understand e-commerce marketplace or similar ecosystems including customer lifecycle dynamics and data-driven decision-making
You can influence without authority build alignment across teams and move decisions forward in matrixed environments
You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences and can confidently represent AI initiatives at leadership level
