About the Role
Were looking for aSenior Product Designerto craft thoughtful intuitive experiences across our Payments & Invoice platform. Youll help connect our suite of products into a cohesive user-friendly ecosystem that builds trust and delivers delight to every customer interaction.
As part of our Product Development team youll play a key role in shaping the user experiencefrom research and prototyping to design strategy and mentorshiphelping define how users connect payments to the broader Emburse product suite.
What You WIll Do
- Design delightful experiencesthat make complex financial workflows intuitive and easy.
- Collaborate cross-functionallywith product managers engineers and researchers to bring ideas to life.
- Connect products togetherto deliver seamless end-to-end invoice and payment experiences.
- Develop prototypes mock-ups and design documentationthat translate seamlessly to engineering.
- Engage with customersto understand pain points and design for real-world needs.
- Drive design strategyusing user personas AI-assisted interactions and modern design principles.
- Mentor and inspirejunior designers through thoughtful feedback and design reviews.
- Contribute to and evolveour design systems processes and tools.
What You Will Bring:
- 7 years of experience in product or UX/UI design ideally within SaaS or fintech environments.
- Proven ability to design cohesive digital experiences across multiple touchpoints.
- Expert knowledge of visual design (layout color typography interaction) and leading design tools.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Experience conducting or collaborating on user research.
- A motivator mentor and cultural fit who values collaboration empathy and quality.
- Bachelors degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or related field (Masters a plus).
