Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers at commercial strategic tactical and operational levels ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Team Leadership: Manage and guide the team in line with strategic objectives promoting engagement technical development and career growth.
Financial and Contract Management: Monitor the profitability and financial health of contracts through detailed analysis of Cost x Schedule x Quality factors.
Department Profitability: Ensure departmental financial performance and operational efficiency targets are met or exceeded.
Corporate Liaison: Collaborate with corporate managers to define processes methodologies and best practices.
Risk Management: Identify evaluate and mitigate operational and business risks within Digital Mobility units.
Business Development: Lead sales development efforts build and manage the sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities.
Tender Management: Oversee the complete preparation of tenders including technical pricing and contractual documentation.
ESG Leadership: Define and implement Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) policies and initiatives within Digital Mobility contracts.
People Development: Support and encourage employee professional growth through technical training and continuous learning initiatives.
Qualifications :
Graduation in Engineering with specialization in IT ITS Digital Mobility and/or Smart City Solutions.
Desirable minimum professional experience of 15 years with proven professional progression.
Solid knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX in Digital Mobility and/or Smart City Operations including optimization strategies.
Availability for travel within Brazil.
Up-to-date knowledge of technologies and innovations in the Digital Mobility field.
Active CREA registration.
Proficiency in CRM Advanced Excel and MS Office.
Desirable Behavioral Skills: strong oral and written communication planning and organization systemic vision attention to detail integrity proactivity critical thinking teamwork interpersonal skills leadership flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
Languages: Advanced (fluent) English and Portuguese (native).
Act in full compliance with global and local compliance & ethical policies.
