Production Shift Supervisor

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for safety teamwork and operational excellence Join our team as a Shift Supervisor and help drive safe reliable and efficient chemical plant operations.

As a Shift Supervisor youll lead a team to ensure safe reliable and efficient operations during your shift. Youll support Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) production and maintenance activities by guiding your team improving processes and helping build a high-performing work environment.

• Lead shift teams to meet safety environmental and production goals
• Act as Incident Commander during emergencies
• Monitor performance indicators and optimize processes
• Ensure procedures are followed and updated
• Coach and evaluate team members to build a high-performance culture
• Participate in root cause analysis and reliability reviews
• Support continuous improvement and plant optimization
• Perform technician duties when needed
• Identify training needs and support development initiatives

Salary Range:  $85000-$95000 per year

Shift Hours: 2:00pm-10:30pm MST 

Qualifications :

• 5 years in chemical plant operations
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Problem-solving skills to improve plant performance
• Experience with SAP maintenance systems
• Knowledge of PSM and RCMS is a plus
