Material Handler III Receiving

Are you a skilled Powered Equipment Operator looking to grow your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Emerson has an exciting opportunity for a Material Handler III (Reach Truck Operator) at our Olive Branch MS distribution center!

In this role you will safely and efficiently handle materials throughout the warehouse stocking incoming items performing replenishments and picking orders using powered equipment such as reach trucks and pallet jacks. Youll play a key part in maintaining productivity and ensuring our operations run smoothly.

In This Role the Responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for moving product within the warehouse by means of motorized equipment such as forklifts pallet jacks reach lifts etc.
• Responsible to stock incoming items to replenish flow racks and pick orders with use of RF equipment.
• Ability to break down incoming products per packing list.

• Maintain productivity minimum standard.

• Adhere to all safety rules policies and procedures.

• Work overtime as required.

In This Role You Will Need:

• Requires prior forklift certification with 6 months previous warehouse experience.
• Previous shipping/receiving/material handling experience.
• Previous RF equipment to move product.
• Ability to operate Reach or Order Selector forklift in a safe manner.
• Follow written and/or oral instructions in English.
• Must be able to work quickly meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Promote an environment where individual contribution (s) toward quality and cost improvements are maximized.
• Ability to lift parts weighing in excess of 50 pounds (assistance when needed) and to work in bending reaching pushing pulling squatting and standing positions for long periods of time.
• Pass forklift certifications and requirements to operate forklifts
• Pass a Non-DOT Physical Exam
• Ability TO follow all warehouse PPE requirements.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States sponsorship will not be provided for this position sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• High School diploma or equivalent or GED.
