Position: Buffing Machine Setup & Operator

Wage:$19.00 - $22.00/hr. based on experience

Shift: 1^st Shift; Monday Friday 6:45am 3:15pm

Buffing Machine Setup & Operator Responsibilities:

Set-up operate or tend buffing and related tools that remove excess material or burrs from surfaces sharpen edges or corners or buff hone or polish metal work pieces
Read work order to determine parts to be buffed or polished. Follow blueprints sketches drawings manuals specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece
Select align and secure holding fixtures accessories and materials on machines

Buffing Machine Setup & Operator Requirements:

Previous machine operator experience required
High level of attention to detail as accuracy is key in this role
