Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce multimedia learning assets (e.g. templates guides toolkits videos podcasts animations) using tools like Camtasia or the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Develop learner-centric experiences including learner personas learner journeys and engagement activities
- Create associate-facing communications such as training announcements newsletters and promotional materials
- Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to script storyboard and validate content
- Ensure accessibility localization and brand alignment across all content
- Support integration of multimedia into SCORM packages and LMS platforms
- Contribute to measurement strategies and feedback loops to improve learning impact
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong proficiency in multimedia production tools and techniques
- Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Creative communicator with a knack for storytelling and visual design
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on content creation
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM standards
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced global and regulated environment
