Job Title:Finance Analyst(APAC)
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Finance Analyst to support our APAC finance team. This role blends data-driven financial analysis with day-to-day operational tasks offering a well-rounded experience in a dynamic regional setting. You will help drive insights through data while ensuring smooth execution of essential finance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Support monthly/quarterly forecasting annual budgeting and management reporting.
- Analyze financial performance identify variances and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
- Process Improvement
- Participate in finance digitalization initiatives such as automation and system enhancements.
- Identify and help implement opportunities to improve efficiency across APAC finance processes.
- Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
- Finance Operations
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks including but not limited to e-banking and reconciliations.
- Support month-end closing activities
- Help prepare documents for audits tax biddings and etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting IT or a related field.
- 25 years of finance or accounting experience; familiarity with multi-country operations is a plus. High-potential fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Solid accounting knowledge and advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with Oracle ERP Power BI or similar tools is highly valued. Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CPA are a plus.
- Fluent in English(written and spoken) with the ability to collaborate across the APAC region.
