En tant que stagiaire manager des opérations votre rôle principal sera dassister et de mettre en place de lamélioration continue dans la gestion des opérations. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les superviseurs des départements de la Pré Fal et toute son équipe naturelle : Analyste équipes méthodes planificateur travaux chefs déquipes métiers de la logistique

Vos missions et responsabilités

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences.

Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :

Mettre en place de nouvelles gouvernances ;

Augmenter lattractivité des équipes et leur développement;

Travailler sur le terrain le Lean (5S Kaizen);

Participer aux projets de demain.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes:
