How youll contribute

A House Supervisor who excels in this roll will Oversees nursing and hospital operations during assigned shifts to ensure quality general and psychiatric patient care. As well as:

supervises staffing and scheduling
provides direct nursing care
supports department managers with education discipline and compliance.

What were looking for

Associates degree in nursing required.
Current unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) state license required.
Experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility with chemical dependency dual diagnosis psychiatric or geriatric patients preferred; experience in patient assessment family motivation treatment planning and communication with external review organizations.
CPR and deescalation certification required within 30 days of hire.
