Bengaluru KAAbout The Role : As a senior member of the Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering (DS/MLE) team you will be the technical expert that builds models for initiatives such as user personalization recommendation systems and user behaviours. You will take a mentorship role within the DS/MLE team and work collaboratively with other business areas.
About the Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design and develop advanced machine learning models for a variety of applications.
Work closely with data engineers and machine learning engineers to deliver products for hundreds of millions of users
Experiment and Innovate in AI & machine learning applications to Conde Nasts Business problems
Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors with more than 5 years of relevant experience OR Masters with more than 3 years of relevant experience OR PhD with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience
Degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Econometrics or other relevant fields
Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures coding ML system architecture design and deployment at scale
Experience in analysing complex problems and translate it into data science algorithms
Experience in one or more areas of advanced data science (NLP Deep Learning Computer Vision etc.)
Experience in statistical analysis and experiment design
Strong software development skills with proficiency in Python
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow JAX PyTorch Spark MLlib Keras or scikit-learn
Proven attention to detail critical thinking and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
