About the Role:
This is a permanent full-time position (38 hours per week Monday to Friday) and is based at our Dubbo office.
As an Regional Manager you will oversee program management contract delivery/performance and financial viability at the regional level. This role is responsible for strategic program initiation monitoring and driving regional performance fostering collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the implementation of the WFA Deed Guideline Performance Framework and BESTs Service Delivery Model.
At times this position may require travel to outreach sites to support team performance and operations.
