Job Summary
1st Shift Welder
At First Work 24 hrs/week But Get Paid for working 36 hrs/week Around Nov/Dec.. Begin Working A 40 hr/week
You will start by working 24 hours a week Tuesday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Even though youre only working 24 hours we will pay you for 36 hours each week! As we get closer to our busy season (around November or December) your schedule will shift to a full-time 40-hour work week.

Our ideal Welder is a hands-on problem solver with strong attention to detail technical aptitude and a passion for precision. If you take pride in creating strong clean welds and enjoy working with a wide range of metal components this is the job for you. Youll be an integral part of our Fabrication Department supporting the creation of durable beautifully crafted POLYWOOD outdoor furniture.
