Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (Part-Time to Full-Time)
Location: NovaCare Rehabilitation Dundalk Maryland
Compensation: Starting at $29.00/hour
Join our NovaCare outpatient orthopedic center in Dundalk Maryland and become part of a respected clinical team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages and abilities.
Were seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a passion for orthopedics. Ideally candidates will have at least one year of experience in outpatient orthopedics. Were open to new graduates who are eager to learn and grow under the guidance of our experienced physical therapists.
Our clinic provides a wide range of specialty services including:
- Neuro rehabilitation
- Vestibular therapy
- Concussion management
- Sports medicine
- Oncology rehab (ReVital)
- Dry needling
- Fall prevention
- General orthopedics
We focus on personalized treatments that restore function and help patients return to the activities they lovewhether thats sports work or everyday life.
Schedule:
- Part-Time: Consistent hours 3 PM7 PM twice a week in Dundalk.
- Full-Time (32 hours): Available if youre open to traveling to nearby clinics in Baltimore and Harford counties.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
- Implement with minimal supervision high quality physical therapy services for patients caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
- Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
Qualifications
- College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
- Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
- CPR certification
