Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Description:
Mid America Health (MAH) is currently seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing portable TN team! This portable dental assisting position is a Monday through Friday opportunity with no late nights or weekends required. This portable position is based out of the Knoxville TN area. This position is a rewarding opportunity providing portable dental services to both local county jails. This opportunity would be a great fit for a Dental Assistant interested in a low stress opportunity in a non-private practice setting. Travel could extend to 2.5- 3-hour travel hotel stay provided if desired. Southern KY coverage area
- $25 per hour which includes drive time
- NO weekend or evening hours
- Full benefits including Medical Dental and Vision insurance 401k generous paid time off paid holidays flex spending and a health savings account
- Company vehicle is provided along with a gas and maintenance card
- An active Tennessee Dental Radiology License is required for this opportunity

Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Duties Include:
- Assist Dentist in chairside procedures
- Responsible for equipment and supplies as well as maintenance of company van
- Various administrative duties
Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Qualifications Include:
- Current Tennessee Dental Radiology License is a MUST
- Current CPR for Healthcare Providers required
- 1-year Dental Assistant experience preferred
- Willingness to travel within a 2.5 -hour radius
