Augustine Angels is now hiring Personal Attendants across New Castle Kent and Sussex Counties to support adults with disabilities through Delawares Personal Attendant Services (PAS) program.

What Youll Do
- Assist participants with daily living activities (bathing dressing grooming meal prep light housekeeping).
- Provide mobility and transportation support to appointments or community activities.
- Support participants on the job or in their homes empowering them to remain independent.
- Deliver compassionate reliable and respectful care that changes lives.
Flexible Schedules Full-Time & Part-Time
- Day evening overnight and weekend shifts available.
- Work directly with participants in your community.
Pay & Benefits
- $18$20/hour starting pay (higher for experience).
- 24/7 support team and backup coverage system youre never alone in the field!
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Compassion reliability and commitment to participant independence.
- Pass background screening (State of Delaware requirement).
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.
