About the Role
ALL IN ONE Employment Services is partnering with a leading medical device manufacturer specializing in ophthalmic products. We are seeking a detail-oriented Ophthalmic Technician to support clinical demonstrations product testing and technical support for eye care professionals. This role is key to ensuring clients receive accurate product guidance and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the setup calibration and demonstration of ophthalmic medical devices.

Provide technical support and guidance to clinicians and staff.

Conduct product testing documentation and reporting.

Train and educate clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth product deployment.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and product demonstrations.
Qualifications

Associate or Bachelors degree in Ophthalmic Technology Biomedical Engineering or related field preferred.

Previous experience as an Ophthalmic Technician or in medical device support.

Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to travel locally for client visits.
