Location
This is a field-based position servicing the Baltimore and Washington metro areas including Northern Virginia (Fairfax Loudoun Arlington Alexandria). Technicians dispatch from home no daily shop trips.

Note: Must have at least 5 years of HVAC experience a valid drivers license and EPA certification (or willingness to obtain one with the companys help).

Job Description

Inspect service and repair light commercial HVAC systems (rooftop units split systems)
Perform preventative maintenance diagnostics and equipment replacement
Communicate clearly with office staff and customers; provide professional solutions
Use a digital dispatch system no daily reporting to the shop
Source and order materials as needed
Participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule (every 68 weeks 1 holiday/year)
Limited residential work and minimal travel into DC

Qualifications

5 years of residential or commercial HVAC experience (light commercial preferred)
EPA certification (or ability to get it quickly with company support)
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Dependable communicative and professional attitude
