Network Development Executive

Job Title: Network Development Executive (Freight Forwarding)
Location: Bangkok
Department: Business Development / Network Management
Reports To: Director of Network Development / Country Manager Thailand
Experience: Fresh graduate or 3 years in freight forwarding NVOCC or logistics (network/agency management)
Salary: THB
Travel: Domestic & Overseas occasionally

Job Summary:
Responsible for expanding the companys global agent network by identifying negotiating and onboarding reliable overseas partners. Participate in conferences to strengthen global reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Agent Network Expansion: Research identify evaluate and onboard overseas agents. Negotiate contracts and agreements.
Business Development & Relationship Management: Conduct meetings travel to agents address concerns and ensure smooth collaboration.
Conference & Networking Participation: Represent the company at international conferences network and generate leads.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track agent performance provide management reports and recommend improvements.
Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor trade lanes regulations and collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain International Business or related field.
Fresh graduate with strong English or 3 years in freight forwarding/network management.
Strong negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel internationally (3050%).
Knowledge of Incoterms trade regulations and freight forwarding processes.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

KPIs:

Number of new agents onboarded
Revenue growth from agent shipments
Agent retention and satisfaction
Participation in industry events
