Position: System Administrator / DevOps Engineer
Location: Maia Porto (On-site)
Experience Level: Mid to Senior (37 years)

About the Role
Youll be responsible for managing our full infrastructure stack from Kubernetes clusters and PostgreSQL data lakes to Python-based microservices ML pipelines and LLM agent orchestration. This is a hands-on role where your decisions directly impact performance scalability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management
- Design deploy and maintain production-grade Kubernetes clusters
- Manage container orchestration and service mesh configurations
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices
- Oversee Docker image lifecycle optimization and security
Database Administration
- Administer and optimize PostgreSQL databases
- Implement backup recovery and disaster recovery procedures
- Monitor performance and apply optimization strategies
- Ensure database security access control and compliance
Platform Operations
- Deploy and maintain Python microservices across environments
- Manage ML pipeline infrastructure and model deployment workflows
- Oversee LLM agent infrastructure and GPU resource allocation
- Implement monitoring logging and alerting for AI/ML workloads
- Apply Infrastructure as Code using modern DevOps practices
- Ensure high availability scalability and performance
System Administration
- Maintain Linux-based server infrastructure
- Apply security best practices and compliance standards
- Manage network configurations load balancers and service discovery
- Automate routine tasks and system maintenance

- Knowledge of LLM deployment and inference optimization
- Certifications: CKA CKAD AWS Architect etc.
