What Youll Do:

Support Italian-speaking customers via phone email & chat
Assist with product use troubleshooting & warranty queries
Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases
Stay up to date with new products & company updates

What Were Looking For:

Fluent in Italian (C1C2) & good English (B2)
Excellent communication & empathy skills
Customer service experience is a plus
Ready for an on-site role in beautiful Lisbon

1000/month base (14 months) 100 performance bonus (12 months)
