As theWorkplace Services Lead youll manage the service desk head the delivery of workplace technology support across the City of Yarra. Youll oversee key functions including service desk operations desktop support mobile device management and audiovisual servicesensuring seamless efficient and future-ready digital experiences for our staff and stakeholders.
This is a leadership role where youll manage a team of IT professionals drive service excellence and collaborate with internal and external partners to align technology services with strategic goals.
