Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Fedoriv Products & Customer Experience team.
About the team
We create digital products: apps websites web platforms as well as design systems and loyalty addition we design interactions with physical spaces from thoughtful navigation to meaningful content.
You will work alongside experienced product strategists UX/UI designers and UX writers whobuild products for top brands.
About the role
You will be the main point of contact for the client and the coordinator within the team. Youllplan projects taking into account requirements budgets and team workload manage communication and documentation organize meetings and monitor timelines. Together with theteam youll present and defend solutions to the client while collaborating with another project manager to share responsibilities and prepare presentations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end processfor digital phygital & CX projects ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Develop and maintain project schedules work plans and resource allocation.
Manage a team providing feedback and support.
Coordinate with clientsto understand their requirements provide project updates andgather feedback.
Ensure effective communicationamong team members partners subcontractors stakeholders and clients.
Identify opportunities for process optimizationand implement best practices forefficient workflows.
Collaborate with finance & legal teamsto manage document flow and invoicing.
Present proposals concepts and progress reports to clientsin a clear andcompelling manner.
Hard Skills
Minimum of 4 yearsof experience in project management.
Experience managing a team of 310 specialists.
Experience working withcreative and development teams.
Experience managingcomplex projects/products.
Understanding of UI/UX design principles and development processes.
Knowledge of project management frameworks.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
English sufficient for client and partner communication.
Soft Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsfor conveying ideas effectively.
Strong leadership abilities.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skillsto handle challenges and make informed decisions.
