At PwC our people in brand management marketing and sales focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. These individuals focus on driving revenue growth promoting the Firms services enhancing brand visibility and capturing new business opportunities. They utilise market research digital marketing creative campaigns and effective sales strategies to engage clients enhance the firms brand and market presence and achieve organisational targets.Focused on relationships you are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations you are growing your personal brand deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients and to deliver quality. The Global Campaign team within the GMO develops data-driven integrated marketing strategies to build awareness relationships pipeline and market share. The selected senior associate to work closely with the Global Campaigns Programme Leader to support a number of key areas that will work across the different teams and marketing campaigns. This role will work with budgets planning reporting team efficiencies and global contractor administration to create best in class campaign frameworks
Demonstrating proven record of success in:
Executing integrated global multi channel marketing campaigns being an active practitioner in using marketing technology as part of this and prior experience in delivering training programmes and reporting using marketing technology to showcase campaign performance and ROI;
Delivering complex projects to schedule and achieving desired results in liaison with the wider business;
Working closely with global marketers to understand campaign execution plans responsible for creating reporting presentations and newsletters to help showcase the team activity;
Supporting the Global Campaign Programme Leader in planning and training initiatives across the campaign team including but not limited to budgeting capacity planning process workflows and designing multi channel marketing campaign playbooks and blueprints;
Driving innovation around email and automated marketing and ensure key information is shared globally and across our network of member firms;
Supporting project managing ad hoc initiatives across a mix of multiple proposition areas with a deep understanding of a range of multi channel marketing campaigns at a global level;
Demonstrating attention to detail and an analytical flair with project management experience;
Working with international teams with strong stakeholder management skills; and
Understanding of relevant legislation and industry best practice.
Qualification: Any graduate/Post graduate with 5 years experience but the ideal candidate should have substantial experience delivering complex multi channel campaigns preferably within a professional services or technology environment.
