Job responsibility

TAC Lead to manage Transmission Network Operation with complete understanding of Transmission Network KPIs and ensuring smooth delivery and service assurance and maintaining KPIs Handling Team Ensuring smooth Operations 24*7.

Major responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring 24*7 Monitoring all Transmission NOC network elements.
  • Ensuring TTs pertaining to TAC will be resolved within TAC SLA.
  • KPI data preparation and publishing as per agreement with Management.
  • KPI Tracking and KPI improvement.
  • Publishing & analysing all PM reports (Access/ASON/DWDM/OTN/PACKET Reports Server/Nodes Performance and Backup Utilization of nodes/ licenses Server User Access Management Software/Patch Upgrades and its Report etc) and raising timely Alarms to Engineering NOC Operations and FO.
  • Working on the Capacity Augmentation for the highly utilized paths/rings.
  • Network improvement of Tx Network by tracking repeat events and working for permanent fix which in turns improve the KPIs.
  • Team Productivity monitoring and Skill enhancement support.
  • Support to 24* 7 team shift and ensuring its availability.

NecessaryPreferred
Skills
  • Over 8 years of experience in Transmission NWAccess/ASON/DWDM/OTN/PACKET services domain.
  • Strong understanding of project management customer service and technical knowledge of Transmission network elements including SDH ASON DWDM OTN & Packet Services.
  • Excellent problem-solving leadership and communication skills.
  • Hands on Experience of Report preparation & publishing
  • Analytical skills
  • Data Presentation
