The Regional Mid-Market Director will serve as a trusted sales leader in AMER directly responsible for driving revenue growth managing a high-performing sales team shaping strategy and building a market-leading presence in North America within the Mid-Market segment.

Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Mid-Market sales team and territory
- Own and drive the revenue target developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed goals
- Define and prioritize the ideal customer profile (ICP) within the Mid-Market segment based on current product strengths while championing Mid-Market customer needs with Product teams to drive adoption and expand market share.
- Represent Mews at tradeshows customer events on-sites with prospects and co-selling with your team. Travel up to 2x per month.
- Serve as the voice of the AMER Mid-Market segment across Mews (Marketing Partnerships CS Product etc.) ensuring market needs are prioritized in goal-setting and annual planning to accelerate growth and achieve a 2x trajectory.
Performance Monitoring
- Provide weekly forecasting on team performance and provide coaching to the team on forecasting best practices
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback for rep development
- Demonstrate commitment to the team to ensure the team achieves its goals objectives and COM service level agreements (SLAs).
Optimize Process
- Where necessary identify short falls in the process and procedures and suggest process improvements and work with the necessary departments to ensure they come to fruition.
- Collaborate with marketing and CS to ensure were meeting performance targets

- Experience leading a full cycle Mid-Market sales team who sell into large groups building outbound pipeline and converting inbound demand into revenue.
- Proven track record leading Mid-Market sales teams through complex multi-stakeholder dealsnavigating C-Suite engagement orchestrating technology partner ecosystems applying structured sales methodologies and driving rigorous deal reviews to consistently deliver results.
- A proven track record as a quota-carrying sales professional managing the full cycle from outbound prospecting through to close.
- Operational excellence: a Salesforce power user accurate forecaster and driver of impactful sales cadences like 1:1s and deal reviews.
- A strong commitment to process consistently upholding SLAs and CRM best practices.
- Strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to turn go-to-market strategy into action.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire across teams.
- A customer-first mindset and a leadership style rooted in motivation accountability and advocacy.
- Adaptable organized and outgoing someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys representing the brand at international events.
- Hospitality or hotel tech experience is a bonus but not required.
