A permanent part time position commencing 27 January 2026. This position supports the financial service requirements for the school. It involves working with a school support team together with the staff in the Catholic Education Office.
ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA
- A commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church.
- Demonstrated experience working with an enterprise accounting package.
- Demonstrated experience in setting budgets and monitoring against targets.
- Proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required.
- Proficiency in MS office and Google suite of applications.
DESIRABLE SELECTION CRITERIA
- Experience in collection processes and budget preparation.
- Familiarity with Tech One and Compass systems.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum five years experience in an accounting environment.
- Certificate IV in Business/Finance or relevant discipline.
WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE
This role is classified as a child related work and therefore a working with children clearance is required prior to your commencement with us.
