Campus Service Assistant

About the Role

In this hands-on position you will provide operational support to various laboratories on-site with a strong focus on logistics and shipment handling.

Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving and shipping goods including unpacking consumables and chemicals

• Managing and disposing of lab waste

• Restocking lab materials

• Delivering clean glassware and lab clothing

• Simpler purchasing activities such as placing and following up on orders

• Calibrating and cleaning lab equipment (e.g. pipettes)

• Participating in the creation of work instructions

Who Are We Looking For

The ideal candidate has a logistics background with hands-on experience in shipping receiving and inventory handling. You may currently be working in logistics warehousing or supply chain and looking to transition into a support role towards laboratories. No scientific education is requiredfull internal training will be provided.

Were looking for someone who is:

• Customer-minded service-oriented and highly motivated

• Detail-oriented and proactive

• Experienced in logistics or shipment handling is a bonus

• Comfortable working in a hospital or lab environment (preferred)

• Fluent in English and preferably Swedish

• Organized flexible and a strong team player

Youll be joining a collaborative and customer-focused team of 8 5 including a Campus Service Lead Campus Service Assistant Campus Service Purchase Coordinator and Campus Service Coordinator. The team is passionate about supporting scientific innovation and operates in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
